"FAST TRACK" OUTCOME ANALYSIS SERVICES

Demonstrating Program Results Targeting Program Improvement

Today more than ever, administrators are expected to demonstrate the results of programs and services. This means being able to determine how much progress specific groups of students are making, and which programs and services produce positive results.

Public Consulting Group's Center for Resource Management (PCG-CRM) offers Fast Track Outcome Analysis Services that provide district and school leaders with extensive information on program results.

Our services answer questions about the progress of specific student populations; the results of specific programs, services, and interventions; areas of strength; and where programs need to be improved. Our services build on CRM's expertise and long history in providing data-driven program evaluation and program improvement services.

PCG-CRM provides administrators and program directors with the data and analysis they need to determine student progress, demonstrate results, examine program effectiveness, and target improvement.

We work collaboratively with districts and schools to customize Fast Track Outcome Analyses that build internal evaluation capacity and support results-driven decision-making. We link outcome data to programs, services, and interventions so that administrators can make informed, data-driven decisions about program outcomes and program effectiveness. Our analyses identify the programs and services that improve outcomes for specific student populations and those that do not – what is working for which students and in which schools. Our approach includes longitudinal growth analyses for specific cohorts of students as well as analyses of literacy support needs.

PCG-CRM's Fast Track Outcome Analyses answer essential questions about:

  • Student outcomes for multiple demographic groups, programs, schools, and combinations of these variables

  • The extent to which specific programs, interventions, and services have improved outcomes

  • The longitudinal progress of specific cohorts of students

  • The characteristics of students who achieve proficiency and those who do not

  • Where the most progress is being made in closing achievement gaps

  • How absence and mobility affect assessment results

  • How student grades correlate with state assessment results and other measures

  • How to strategically target program improvement

Unparalleled Data Analysis Capability

PCG-CRM provides outcome displays in easy-to-understand table and graphic formats with analysis summaries that address the key questions identified by district and school leaders. Suggestions for program improvement are based upon CRM's extensive experience and knowledge of research and proven practices.
